/KASE, September 11, 2023/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 7,
2023, Y. Lavrinenko was removed from the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of eight people: A. Ryskulov, Ulf Wokurka, K. Irubayev,
Y. Berdigulov, G. Auganov, John McKay, Aleksandr Schirhuber, N. Sauranbayev.
