/KASE, September 11, 2023/ – Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

Capital Leasing Group LLP raised 900,000,000 tenge on KASE by placing after listing the two-year bonds KZ2P00009871 (CLSGb2) with a coupon rate of 22 % per annum as part of the first issue of the first bond program.

The placement of bonds of Capital Leasing Group LLP became the second one after the debut placement of bonds in 2021.

Proceeds from the bonds will be used to purchase leased items and finance leasing transactions in Kazakhstan.
