/KASE, September 8, 2023/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 31, 2023, A. Ryskulov was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of nine people: Y. Lavrinenko, Ulf Wokurka, K. Irubayev, Y. Berdigulov, G. Auganov, John McKay, Aleksandr Schirhuber, A. Ryskulov, N. Sauranbayev.
