/KASE, September 6, 2023/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
August 29, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022, to neither accrue nor pay
dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2022, and not to approve the
dividend per ordinary share for 2022.
