/KASE, September 5, 2023/ – Subsidiary enterprise Aktobe-Temir-VS JSC (Aqtobe region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Zh. Zhangaziev – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• elected: A. Khametov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, D. Mukametbay – a member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC consists of four persons: A. Khametov, D. Mukametbay, N. Smagulov, M. Abuov.
