/KASE, September 5, 2023/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 31, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: L. Yanushko;
• elected: O. Perfilov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO JSC consists of six persons: O. Perfilov, O. Shemel, S. Li, A. Nigay, Lim Lei Ling, Tan Levin.
