/KASE, August 28, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 28, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00009996 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on the offering of bonds; 30/360) of El Orda Arnau LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later.

Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

The financial consultant and underwriter of El Orda Arnau LLP is Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC (Almaty).

The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) EOARb1.

The main activity of El Orda Arnau LLP is the construction of buildings and structures.
