/KASE, August 28, 2023/ – Joint Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated August 25, 2023.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited separate financial statements of the company for 2022;
• to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2022;
• not to distribute net income, and also not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares.
