/KASE, August 14, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 31, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

- excluded: D. Kanashev – member of the Board of Directors;

- elected: V. Jumanbaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Scott Douglas Morrison – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, David Connal Cather – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, B. Makhanov – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the composition of the Board of Directors of AK Altynalmas JSC consists of four persons: V. Jumanbaev, Scott Douglas Morrison, David Connal Cather, B. Makhanov.
