/KASE, August 11, 2023/ – EKOTON+ JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 7, 2023, the composition of the executive body was changed:

• excluded: A. Baikeshova – the president;
• elected: Kukelis Kaspars – the president.
