/KASE, August 8, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on August 4, 2023, the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00009843 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, KAFIb13) made a decision to introduce changes and (or) additions to the issue prospectus of the said bonds.
