/KASE, August 7, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
issuing 20,000,000 common shares of the company with the sole shareholder
exercising the right of preemptive purchase of shares.
