/KASE, July 31, 2023/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 31, 2023, bonds
KZ2P00009970 (RGBKb2; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 10 years; semi-annual
coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360) of RG Brands Kazakhstan LLP (Almaty)
were included in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is July 31, 2023.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
