/KASE, July 31, 2023/ – Transtelecom JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on July 25,
2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
Decisions on a total of six agenda items were made during the general meeting
of shareholders.
