/KASE, July 28, 2023/ – KoZhan JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the decisions of its
sole shareholder dated July 24, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- to retain the company's net income for 2022 in the amount of 24,315,333,000
tenge and not to pay dividends for 2022 on the company's ordinary shares.
