/KASE, July 27, 2023/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Qaraghandy), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on August 28, 2023 at 12:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being the issue "On making changes to a major interested party transaction".
