/KASE, July 21, 2023/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 18, 2023, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

- B. Safarbekova;

- D. Imamniyazov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Batys tranzit JSC consists of five people: D. Mautkanov, K. Kaliev, K. Aitmukhametov, B. Safarbekova; D. Imamniyazov.
