/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 19, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Zhubayev;
• elected: A. Abdualiev, A. Neupokoev.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of seven people: N. Baidauletov, G. Auganov, K. Yessekeyev, N. Kazutin, D. Zaika, A. Abdualiev, A. Neupokoev.
