/KASE, July 18, 2023/ – On July 18, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00009699 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 1 year; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bonds placement; 30/360) of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO, LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO, LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on April 11, 2023 in the amount of KZT100.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO, LLP is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFTFb2.
