/KASE, July 17, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that "on July 11, 2023, the international rating agency Fitch
Ratings affirmed the Company's long-term Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) in
foreign and local currency at "BBB" with a "Stable" outlook".
