Bonds KZ2C00009843 (KAFIb13) and KZ2C00009850 (KAFIb14) of KazAgroFinance passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, July 11, 2023/ – On July 11, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00009843 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn.; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for bonds placement; 30/360); - KZ2C00009850 (KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for bonds placement; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issues of these bonds are the second and third ones under the third bond program of KazAgroFinance JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on March 29, 2022 for a total amount of KZT200.0 bn. These bonds were given abbreviations (trade codes) KAFIb13 and KAFIb14, respectively. More detailed information on the issues of said bonds will be published on KASE website after the mentioned decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-07-11]
