/KASE, July 11, 2023/ – Sinoasia B&R Insurance JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with changes to the share issue prospectus and a certificate of state
registration of the issue of authorized shares dated July 1, 2023, replacing
the one issued previously.
According to the mentioned documents:
- The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development
of the Financial Market registered changes in the issue prospectus of the
company shares;
- the above-mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the
number of authorized shares of the company and issued taking into account
the previously authorized 180,000 common and 55,000 preferred shares of
the company;
- the issue is divided into 260,000 common shares KZ1C00005388 and 55,000
preferred shares KZ1P00014559.
