/KASE, June 22, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 14, 2023, K. Maksutov was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy JSC consists of seven persons: N. Kazutin, A. Repin, A. Kashkinbekov, Y. Zharkeshov, A. Zhubaev, V. Ogai, K. Maksutov.
