Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raised KZT2.5 bn on KASE through subscription by placing social bonds KZ2C00009769 (MFOKb11) with yield to maturity of 21.50 % per annum

/KASE, June 21, 2023/ – An initial offering of social bonds KZ2C00009769 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFOKb11; KZT1,000; KZT20.0 bn; 02.06.23 – 02.06.25; floating monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted today in KASE's trading system by way of subscription to them. The underwriter of the mentioned bonds is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). Bonds with a nominal volume of KZT1,200,000,000 were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Subscription orders were collected on June 21, 2023 from 10:30 to 14:30 o'clock, Astana time. Two members of KASE took part in the trades (number of participants' accounts – 144). A total of 145 limit orders were submitted to the trading system in the amount of KZT2,533.2 mln (nominal volume of KZT2,527.2 mln), of which 144 orders were recognized as active by the end of the order collection. The clean price in the submitted active orders amounted to 99.2066 % of the nominal value (21.50 % per annum). Demand exceeded supply 2.1 times. In the total volume of active orders, institutional investors accounted for 39.5 %, other legal entities – for 0.8 %, individuals – for 59.7 %. As a result of the placement, all active orders were executed. A total of 2,525,276 bonds were placed for a total of KZT2,533,228,935.9. The clean price was 99.2066 % of the face value (21.5000 % per annum). According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals according to the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information are settled, the subscription is completed.
