ICD Eagle Limited raised KZT2.0 bn on KASE via subscription by placing trust certificates XS2624614751 (ICD_e1) with periodic payment rate of 14.95 % per annum

/KASE, June 21, 2023/ – As previously announced, on June 15, 2023, an initial offering of trust certificates XS2624614751 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", ICD_e1; KZT2.0 bn; 21.06.23 – 21.06.28, semi-annual payments, periodic payment rate of 14.95 % per annum; 30/360) of ICD Eagle Limited, issued under a guarantee of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (in relation to payment obligations arising within the portfolio of the corresponding series of trust certificates) was carried out in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by way of a subscription to them. The underwriter of the said trust certificates is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty). Orders for the subscription were collected on June 15, 2023 from 9:30 to 12:00 o'clock, Astana time. Trust certificates with a total face value of KZT2,239,500,000 were offered for placement. As part of the subscription, limit and market orders were collected. As the price an order indicated the value of the rate of periodic payments, expressed in percentage per annum with accuracy of up to the second decimal place, as the number of financial instruments – the nominal volume in tenge. No restrictions for buyers on the maximum number of trust certificates in submitted orders were established in the terms of the subscription. One member of KASE took part in the trades. One limit order in the amount of KZT2,000.0 mln, which was recognized as active at the end of the order collection, was submitted to the trading system. The periodic payment rate in the submitted order was 14.95 % per annum. Demand to supply amounted to 89.3 %. As a result of the offering, the order was executed in full. According to the data of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the deal based on the results of the subscription to the indicated trust certificates has been settled by the moment of publication of this information, the subscription is completed.
