/KASE, June 21, 2023/ – KazAzot JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 15, 2023, Zh. Kulekeev was elected as a member of the Board of Directors – an independent director of the company.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAzot JSC consists of five persons: B. Ablazimov, R. Ayazbayev, A. Mauleshev, A. Mangitov, Zh. Kulekeev.
