/KASE, June 16, 2023/ – IC "Sinoasia B&R" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2023.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
• not to pay dividends for 2022;
• to issue 80,000 common shares of the company;
• to swap 55,000 preferred shares of the company for common shares at the rate of one common share for one preferred share.

Decisions on a total of seven items on the agenda were made at the general meeting of shareholders
