/KASE, June 15, 2023/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 12, 2023, I. Kim was excluded
from the composition of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC
consists of four people: A. Mashkevich, Sh. Ibragimov, Zh. Bekenov, V. Repey.
