/KASE, June 12, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that an initial offering of trust certificates XS2624614751 ICD Eagle
Limited planned to be issued under the guarantee of the Islamic Corporation for
the Development of the Private Sector (in relation to payment obligations arising
within the portfolio of the corresponding series of trust certificates) by way of
subscription to them will be held in KASE's trading system on June 15, 2023.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter –
the Seller) will act as the seller during the subscription to the said certificates.
The total face value of bonds being offered – 2,239,500,000 tenge.
The total nominal volume of the certificates planned for placement is preliminary
and is subject to change upon notification of the initiator of said subscription.
The price in an order must indicate the value of the rate of periodic payments,
expressed as a percentage per annum with an accuracy of up to the second
decimal place.
As the number of financial instruments in an order, the nominal volume in tenge
must be indicated. The lot is equal to one certificate, the minimum order amount
is 1,000 tenge.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on June 15, 2023 from 09:30 to
12:00 o'clock, Astana time. Limit and market orders will be collected during the
subscription.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is June 15, 2023; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is June 15, 2023; the settlement date and
time is June 21, 2023, 09:30 o'clock, Astana time. The Central Securities
Depository JSC will carry out the settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to the terms of this subscription, the surname, first name, patronymic
(if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity are provided as additional
information about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said certificates.
