/KASE, June 12, 2023/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 2, 2023, I. Tyurekhojaeva was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of five people: G. Moldagaziyev, K. Islamov, M. Barkinkhoev, A. Sajitova, I. Tyurekhojaeva.
