/KASE, June 9, 2023/ – Akbakai Gold Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 29, 2023.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
• due to the lack of net income in 2022, no dividends shall be accrued on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
