/KASE, June 9, 2023/ – AIFN RETAM JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on May 21, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- to accrue dividends on ordinary shares for the fourth quarter of 2022, to
approve the amount of dividends per ordinary share at 60,000 tenge.
