/KASE, June 9, 2023/ – FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2023.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
• due to the accumulated loss, no distribution of net profit for 2022 is possible.
