/KASE, June 8, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on June 6, 2023 the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00009772 (MFKMb3; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based upon results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is June 9, 2023.

The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
