/KASE, June 8, 2023/ – Tin One Mining JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 6, 2023.

The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
• not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company due to the lack of net income for 2022.
