/KASE, June 7, 2023/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 30,
2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate audited financial statements of the bank for 2022;
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the bank for 2022;
- to retain the net income of the bank in the amount of 3,417,130 thousand
tenge, not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares of the bank for 2022.
Decisions on a total on nine items on the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
