/KASE, June 7, 2023/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 25, 2023:
to issue 20.0 million ordinary shares of the company within the number of
authorized shares at a price of KZT1,000 per share in the amount of KZT20.0 bn,
with the sole shareholder exercising the right of pre-emptive purchase of shares
of the company with a subsequent increase in the authorized capital of
KazAgroFinance JSC through Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC for financing the
acquisition of agricultural machinery, forage harvesting machinery and mobile
irrigation systems for subsequent leasing.
