/KASE, June 7, 2023/ – BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC)
(Almaty, in the heading – BCC Invest JSC), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 31, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- not to pay dividends based on the results of 2022, to retain the net income
in the amount of 1,026,175,000 tenge.
