Bonds KZ2P00009772 (MFKMb3) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" passed listing procedure on KASE in category "commercial bonds" of main market

/KASE, June 7, 2023/ – On June 6, 2023, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00009772 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based upon results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFKMb3. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2023-06-07]
