/KASE, June 5, 2023/ – Zhaltyrbulak JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 25, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute dividends for 2022 due to the lack of net profit.
In total, at the annual general meeting of shareholders, decisions were made on
four agenda items.
