Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raised KZT6.3 bn on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00009769 (MFOKb11) with yield to maturity of 21.50 % APR

/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – A initial offering of bonds KZ2C00009769 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFOKb11; KZT1,000; KZT20.0 bn; 02.06.23 – 02.06.25; floating monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today by way of subscription to them. The underwriter of the mentioned bonds is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). Bonds with a nominal volume of KZT5,000,000,000 were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were collected. Orders for the subscription were collected on June 2, 2023 from 10:30 to 14:30 o'clock, Astana time. Three members of KASE took part in the trading (number of participants' accounts – 381). A total of 381 limit orders were submitted to the trading system in the amount of KZT6,270.2 mln (face volume of KZT6,321.2 mln), which at the end of the order collection was recognized as active. The clean price in the submitted active orders was 99.1930 % of the face value (21.50 % per annum). Demand amounted to 126.4 % of supply. In the total volume of active orders, legal entities accounted for 0.2 %, individuals – for 99.8 %. As a result of the placement, all active orders were executed. A total of 6,321,193 bonds were placed for a total of KZT6,270,180,972.5. The clean price was 99.1930 % of the face value (21.5000 % per annum). According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals following the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information are settled, the subscription is completed.
