/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 30, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, approved the following procedure for
distributing the company's net income for 2022 in the amount of
20,619,373,908.54 tenge:
- to distribute 50 % of the net income in the amount of KZT10,309,686,954.27;
- to retain 50 % of the net income in the amount of 10,309,686,954.27 tenge
at the disposal of the company.
