/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May
25, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements (consolidated and
separate) of the company for 2022;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's consolidated
net income for 2022 in the amount of 348,047,927,000 tenge:
- to distribute 200,970,248,407.04 tenge as dividends;
- to retain the rest of the consolidated net income in the amount of
KZT147,077,678,592.96 at the disposal of the company.
