/KASE, June 1, 2023, May 18, 2023 news repeat/ – By a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 25,
2023, changes No. 3 (the changes) to KASE's internal document "Specification
of the futures for the exchange rate of foreign currency to tenge"
(Specification) were approved, with effect from June 1, 2023.
The changes were made in connection with the launch of trading in one-month
futures contracts for the ruble against the tenge. Trades in these instruments
on KASE will be held simultaneously with trades in quarterly futures contracts
for the ruble to tenge exchange rate.
The updated text of the Specification will be published on KASE website at
https://kase.kz/en/kase_rules/ ("Trades" tab - "Derivatives").
