The auditing of the financial statements of the company for 2022 was carried out by Deloitte LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material aspects, the consolidated financial position of Kaspi.kz JSC and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2022, as well as their consolidated financial results and their consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the indicated date in accordance with IFRS.
