/KASE, May 30, 2023/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 26, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

- excluded: M. Beisembaev;

- elected: V. Savchenko.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC consists of seven people: L. Ibragimova, A. Aidarbekova, M. Azimbekov, N. Akshanov, I. Kairbekov, E. Raspekova, V. Savchenko.
