According to a notice received by NAC Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter – "the
Company" or "Kazatomprom") Mr. Neil Longfellow announced his decision to resign
from his position as an independent Director – Chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Company effective 21 June 2023.

successful years on the Board of Directors of Kazatomprom, I have decided to
