/KASE, May 26, 2023/ – Kaspi.kz JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 24, 2023.

Shareholders, among other things, took a decision on payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company for the first quarter of 2023 at KZT750 per share. The start date for the payment of dividends is May 24, 2023.
