/KASE, May 25, 2023/ – MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 22, 2023, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• S. Akhanov;
• A. Nurgalieva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC consists of five people: Sh. Sadyrov, Michael Weinstein, S. Akhanov, A. Nurgalieva, A. Maksimova.
