/KASE, May 23, 2023/ – Mogo Kazakhstan (Mogo Kazakhstan) MFO LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the general meeting of partners held on May 22, 2023:

• to approve the financial statements for 2022;
• to allocate the net income in the amount of 227,149 thousand tenge to replenish the working capital of the partnership.
